To streamline user access, Mocingbird provides a direct link to Utah’s approved online suicide prevention training, "Supporting Patients Through Care Transitions".

Participants will observe and implement best practice approaches for supporting patients through transitions of care.  

Participants will identify essential elements of psycho-education related to suicide risk and identify ways to support patients with intentional and caring contact while at increased risk of suicide.  

This course is intended to meet Utah state licensing requirements for licensed independent practitioners.  Estimated time to completion: 20 Minutes
