This course will help practitioners better understand the impact of sex and gender differences in chronic pain with a focus on women’s health. We will explore the barriers and challenges unique to women living with chronic pain with regard to treatment, management, and access to care. In order to achieve health equity, ways to overcome racial and gender disparities and current policy solutions.
