The mandatory training is required by Section 1723 of the Medical Practice Act, effective August 1, 2010. 

• To register for the training, go to https://stateofdelaware.csod.com/default.aspx?c=courts-oca. For MD’s and DO’s select the icon for ‘Physicians and Psychiatrists (MD/DO)’ and for all other medical healthcare professionals select the icon for ‘All Other Medical/Mental Health Professionals’ at the bottom of the webpage to complete the registration process. For more assistance in registering, see the Self-Registration Guide guide.
• Once you have created an account, the Mandatory Reporting Training will be listed as a “Featured Training.” Featured Trainings may be found on the top right corner of the home page. Click on the training and then select launch.
• If you do not see the training listed, you may also search for the training by using the search bar and entering “Mandatory Reporting.” The search bar is located above “Featured Trainings”, on the top right corner of the home page.
