Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Evaluate the risks for major surgical complications for anterior vs posterior or lateral surgical approach to total hip arthroplasty, based on a retrospective cohort study
- Compare the risks for aseptic revision for uncemented vs cemented fixation in the hemiarthroplasty treatment of displaced femoral neck fractures, based on a second retrospective cohort study
