Improvement Case Study
Listen to members of a PROMISES improvement team from Amherst, Massachusetts, as they describe the improvement journey at their primary care office. As they sought to improve their practice, this team gathered data and tested new ideas using PDSA cycles which resulted in less confusion for staff, patients and local pharmacies.
