Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training for New York State Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Maltreatment
Updated 2024 and updated 2025 with the mandated reporter training syllabus to include recent amendments to Social Services Law paragraph 413 requiring the addition of coursework on adverse childhood experiences and trauma, implicit bias, and recognition of child abuse virtually, and with the addition of guidance on identifying an abused or maltreated child when such child is an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability.
