Toward Coordinated Alzheimer's Disease Diagnostic Pathways: A Visit at a Memory Clinic Utilizing PET Imaging

This educational activity is intended for an international audience of neurologists, geriatricians, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who manage patients at risk of or diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD), outside of the United Kingdom.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to describe the organization and workflow of a memory clinic that uses PET imaging for early and accurate diagnosis of AD.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of Episode 5, learners will be better able to:

  • Describe the organization and workflow of a memory clinic utilizing amyloid PET imaging in Alzheimer's diagnosis
  • Apply strategies for the regular use of amyloid PET imaging for the assessment of early stages of AD in daily practice
