The incidence of medical errors continues to impact patient safety. This presentation will address one of the most common causes for medical errors which include misdiagnosis. A review of common etiologies of misdiagnosis related to Cardiology and Neurology patients. Providers will understand the reasons for these medical errors and learn effective preventive strategies.
