PENNSYLVANIA ACT 31 Mandated Reporter Training on Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Requirement. 2-contact-hour PA child abuse training for LICENSE RENEWAL. Act 31 clearance approved by the PA Department of Human Services. Online PA child abuse certificate of completion. 24-hour electronic reporting to the Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) for this child abuse course.
This course is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (PA CE Provider Number CACE000034) and fulfills the requirement for mandated reporters in Pennsylvania for 2 hours of training in recognizing and reporting child abuse.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be better prepared to recognize and report child abuse, child maltreatment, and child neglect. Specific learning objectives include:

- Differentiate between Child Protective Services and General Protective Services responses to reports of possible abuse or neglect.
