
Sexual Harassment in Illinois: What You Need to Know as a Health Care Professional
Sexual harassment occurs across all industries and occupations, including health care. As health care professionals, you have a duty to make your institution a safe place for patients/clients as well as for yourself and your co-workers. This course will serve as a guide to identifying the various types of harassment that can be found in the workplace as well as strategies for preventing and addressing harassment if it should occur. The course will also take a look at how Illinois law addresses the issue of reporting harassing behavior.
The course is equivalent to one contact hour. The participant may access this through the convenience of their computers, laptops, or mobile devices.
